OMNIC
6.0 Software for FT-IR and Raman
Thermo
Nicolet's OMNIC software is a full-featured package that
provides all the tools necessary for FT-IR and Raman
analysis. It is the common platform used by all Thermo
Nicolet laboratory spectrometers. OMNIC software allows
you to quickly and easily collect, process, analyze and
manage your FT-IR or Raman data in a graphical
environment that is customizable and easy to learn.
OMNIC is the heart of Thermo Nicolet's Smart System
approach to spectroscopy, providing a critical level of
integration between the software, spectrometer and
sampling accessory. More

OMNIC
QuantPad for Gas Analysis
QuantPad for
Gas Analysis is optimized for the quantitative analysis
of gases. It uses a modified classical least-squares-fit
(CLS) algorithm to detect trace-level gases in the
presence of strong interferences such as water or carbon
dioxide. QuantPad is particularly useful for combustion
gas analysis, alternative fuel combustion research and
purity of specialty and bulk gases.
